• Email address: when subscribing to the newsletter via the form on the website.
• Language preference: French or English, detected automatically.

Purpose of Processing

Your email address is collected solely to:

• Send you the Atlas newsletter (AI prompts, tools, guides)
• Inform you of important project updates

Data Retention

Your email address is kept as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. It is deleted within 30 days after you unsubscribe.

Atlas uses a single cookie strictly necessary for the website to function:

• lang: stores your language preference (fr/en), automatically detected on your first visit or manually chosen. Duration: 1 year. This cookie is exempt from consent as it is strictly necessary for the website to function (ePrivacy Directive, Article 5.3).

Atlas uses Umami as its analytics solution. Umami is a privacy-friendly solution that:

• Does not set any cookies
• Does not collect any personal data
• Does not fingerprint users
• Is GDPR-compliant without a consent banner

No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are set.

Hosting

• Website: hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Vercel complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Newsletter: managed by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a French company (Sendinblue SAS, Paris). Data is hosted in the European Union.
• Analytics: Umami, self-hosted.
