Data Collected

To manage the newsletter, we process the following data:

• Email address: when subscribing to the newsletter via the form on the website.
• Language preference: French or English, based on the form used.
• Subscription tracking: technical contact identifier, observed status and verification date.

No tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, no personally identifiable browsing data.

Purpose of Processing

Your email address is collected solely to:

• Send you the Atlas newsletter (AI prompts, tools, guides)
• Inform you of important project updates
• Maintain administrative records of subscriptions and unsubscribes

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of GDPR), collected via the checkbox when subscribing to the newsletter.

Data Retention

Unsubscribing stops newsletter emails but does not automatically delete your contact. To request deletion, contact us at contact@voidcorp.io.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: know what data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: correct your data
• Right to erasure: delete your data
• Right to object: object to the processing
• Right to portability: retrieve your data in a readable format

Cookies

Atlas uses a single cookie strictly necessary for the website to function:

• lang: stores your language preference (fr/en), automatically detected on your first visit or manually chosen. Duration: 1 year. This cookie is exempt from consent as it is strictly necessary for the website to function (ePrivacy Directive, Article 5.3).

Atlas uses Umami as its analytics solution. Umami is a privacy-friendly solution that:

• Does not set any cookies
• Does not collect any personal data
• Does not fingerprint users
• Is GDPR-compliant without a consent banner

No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are set.

Hosting

• Website: hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). Vercel complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Newsletter: subscriptions are managed through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.). We send your email address and language, represented by membership in the Atlas FR or Atlas EN group, to manage your subscription. Resend states that it stores data in the United States. ItsData Processing Addendum (DPA)includes Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers. You can also consult itsprivacy policyandlist of subprocessors.
• Subscription tracking: Attio receives the email address, language, technical Resend identifier, observed subscription status and verification date. A daily sync is scheduled for this record keeping; it does not change your preferences in Resend and may be delayed if it fails. See Attio’s privacy policy.
• Analytics: Umami, self-hosted.
